IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS
- Any flight credits from last year are to be used.
- All flights are to be booked REFUNDABLE and meet the Tuesday arrival and Friday departure times noted below*.
- If the cost is more than $550 total or you are unable to meet any requirements above, your Regional Director must authorize the purchase.
Savannah Airport (SAV) has non-stop service to destinations throughout North America. It is approximately 45 minutes to an hour from the airport to the resort.
Hilton Head Island has a local airport that offers seasonal flights by Delta, American Airlines and United. It is approximately 9 minutes from the airport to the resort.
*The latest Tuesday arrival time into SAV should be 4:00 p.m. and HHH should be 4:30 p.m. due to estimated ground transportation time to the resort.
FRIDAY DEPARTURES: Flight times are not to be scheduled earlier than 3:00 p.m. from Savannah Airport (SAV) and 2:30 p.m. from Hilton Head Airport (HHH). This will allow proper clearance time for transport, bag check and security lines.
Ground Transportation
Transports to and from the Westin Hilton Head Island will be provided on Tuesday, October 18 (arrivals) and Friday, October 21 (departures).
Shuttles may run on departure day to transport guests to the airport, immediately after Closing Comments.
Official process will be confirmed and shared once registration details are received.
